Insurance

Counseling and psychological testing services are in-network with United/Optum, Aetna, Anthem, Regence, and Premera.

Nutritional counseling services are private pay only at this time.

For all services, we are able to facilitate the use of out-of-network benefits for numerous insurers and can submit claims on your behalf.

Sliding-Scale Fees

If you are unable to use insurance for services, sliding-scale options may be available on a case-by-case basis. Sliding-scale fees are determined by client need and therapist openings. Please talk with your individual clinician to explore options that may be available to you.

Payment

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the late-cancel/no-show fee of $160.
